Single PT Sessions - £60 (1 hour)
10 Sessions: from £490 to £550 (off peak rate/peak rate)
20 Sessions: from £900 to £950 ( off peak rate/peak rate)

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING (maximum 4 in a group):

2 people: £375 per person for 10 sessions* (*special conditions apply and this is only available by request)

3 or 4 people in a group: £250 per person for 10 sessions

LIFESTYLE NUTRITION PLANS - NO 'DIETS' HERE - JUST EATING WELL AS A WAY OF LIFE FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY! Sorry, I no longer do pre-contest diets.

 

I am a fully qualified Nutrition Therapist (and Nutrition Advisor) with a Level 5 Diploma. Your individual bespoke nutrition plan design begins with an initial 1 hour consultation including bodyfat/composition tests, measurements, 'before' pics recorded for the trainers files (and to measure ongoing progress) and a full discussion of the clients exercise patterns, lifestyle, food habits and goals. I will also be looking at any possible deficiencies you may have and if necessary refer you to have allergy testing/blood tests done with a doctor or trained health/dietetics professional. Following your in-depth consultation, a personalised nutrition plan will be designed for the client and emailed to them by the following Friday after consultation (after analysing the results of the consultation including a 1-2 week analysis of their food diary submitted to me which details food, water/beverage intake and any supplementation). A variety of options will be given to the client for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and supplement suggestions can be made if desired to accompany their nutrition program and to facilitate and support their training, lifestyle and personal health and fitness goals.

Personalised Nutrition Package Price (including consultation) FROM £125

Note: Any further meetings to discuss nutrition and do further bodyfat/composition testing and measurements and to make further adjustments to nutrition will be just £45 per session (45 mins).

Personal Trainer/Nutrition Certifications- REPS Level 3 Premier Advanced Personal Trainer, Level 5 Diploma in Nutrition Therapy (Health Sciences Academy), Premier Sports Conditioning Instructor (including strength and Olympic lifting), Metafit Instructor, Premier Certificate in Gym Instruction Level 2, Premier Qualified Nutrition Advisor, Premier Medicine Ball Trainer, Premier Core Training Instructor, Body-for-LIFE Success Coaching Diploma and also qualified in Swiss Ball Training, TRX, Power Plate, Circuit Training, EAS Success Coach, Bootcamp Instructor and Viper Training.

In addition to all I do, Personal Training for me is not my job, its my passion. I wake up every morning feeling lucky because I LOVE what I do and feel incredibly blessed to be able to advise people how to change their lives...for good! I practice what I preach and each and every year for the last near decade, I continue to further my experience, qualifications and skills to keep me not at the top of my game but be the BEST in my field.

A GOOD personal trainer can make the difference to you forever! However, if you work with me, I will be very real and straight up with you. You must choose wisely when you select your trainer and you must see it as an INVESTMENT, not a luxury. You will treat your goals, your time and my time much more seriously if you do and you will get the most not only for your money but for your health, fitness, general well being and happiness. Throwing money at a PT does not guarantee results so once you decide who you feel comfortable with and want to work with, take their advice and go with it and make sure you STICK WITH IT. Sometimes it can take us years to get unhealthy and out of shape.....it will take time to get back in shape, to get healthy so consistency and patience is a must! You can't expect to get in shape quickly if you have neglected your body for years.

I also put a big emphasis on BODY COMPOSITION.....do NOT be weight obsessed as your body is made of muscle as well as fat! So, if you gain lean muscle and your goal is to be smaller, leaner and more toned, remember, FAT TAKES UP MORE ROOM THAN MUSCLE!!! For example you could have two ladies, both 5'5", both weighing 128lbs but one be a size 12 and the other a size 8...this is because the LEANER woman can carry more muscle on her frame but it takes up less room than fat, making her tighter, smaller and much more toned! Never be afraid of putting on muscle ladies...it allows you to keep your sexy curves and get smaller and change your body shape! It takes a lot of time, years and dedication for any man to put on muscle, let alone a woman - we just don't have the same testosterone make up as men do, so don't be scared to train hard and lift heavy!

I ban most of my clients from the scales (too many people are obsessed with weight which can become a hinderance to their success or an unhealthy obsession) and instead I focus on their muscle-to-fat ratio, their fitness, bodyshape with progress pictures and their overall health. Your overall weight on the scales does NOT tell you the big picture but working out your composition does. So if you want a regular 'Weight Watchers' style weigh in with me, you won't get it. Weighing you on my scales is only part of the picture...the rest is done with a tape measure, camera and body fat calipers.

I can give you all the advice in the world, train you hard and help show you the way BUT...you must remember that the rest is DOWN TO YOU!!! I will put in 100% but I'm a hard task master...I expect 100% back! I don't like bull, excuses, people that fancy a counselling session or sympathy seekers and I won't give bull either so an open, honest, hardworking relationship for me has proven to always work to get results. If you need a psychotherapist/counsellor, get one. If you are looking for results in and out of your body from the best, hire me. Bonus is, with me, you will have a BALL along the way as I am known for being infectiously motivating and very uplifting!

For the boring stuff, my credentials! I'm sure a few of you will want to know so here you go as it is important:

I am a Level 3 Premier Qualified Advanced Personal Trainer and Nutrition Advisor, a Metafit Trainer, a 'Body-for-LIFE' Trainer and have over 23 years experience with weight, resistance and various types of cardio training. I am a MP Muscle Model Pro (Miami Pro World Champs Pro Card Winner, 2013) I am a Champion Natural Bodybuilder (in both Muscle Model, Figure/Fit Body and Physique) and I also placed highly in the incredible Miss Galaxy Universe Supreme Top 10 Champions (6th overall out of over 50 women in the 'G.I. My background and expertise is wide and varied as I've been involved in many sports over the years including football (to a women's National level in NZ) gymnastics, netball, cricket and I was an accomplished dancer to the age of 21 where I studied classical ballet and modern dance for almost 15 years. I have also done a half marathon, I trained for and fought in my first ever charity boxing fight in aid of 'Help for Heroes' in 2011 and am keen on developing my Crossfit Training to compliment my bodybuilding and fitness training.  I love to practice yoga when I have the time and am known for my choreography talents when it comes to bodybuilding posing, stage presentation and stage routines and have won many 'Best Presentation' awards at various regional championships.

My client programs are individual. I use everything from plyometrics to kettlebells, Olympic lifting to bodyweight work, Vipers to TRX, barbells to dumbells, swiss balls to BOSU's, medicine balls to cables/machines, HIIT to Metafit, step boxes to boxing, skipping to bench work, resistance bands to rehab work; I will make sure you get the program doing the things and using the equipment you need to reach your goals! Everyone's goals are different so your program will reflect that. They are designed specifically to help you achieve your health and fitness goals and enhance your quality of life and change the way you feel about yourself..permanently!  If your goal is to lose body fat, change your shape, tone up, increase energy, build muscle mass, get ready for a specific event, rehab an injury or just get fitter, I have the personal experience and qualifications to be able to help you.  I always emphasise the importance of nutrition though as it counts completely towards your overall success so bear in mind that I will be looking very closely at your daily eating habits if I am going to take you on as a client!

I train both men and women from age 14-18 (with parental consent) to 65+! I have a top reputation for my clients succeeding in achieving their goals but appreciate that I only accept genuine inquiries as I am a true professional in my field.  Please do not ask for free programs, free nutrition advice or for any other personal favours as you will be flatly refused.  I always give my paying clients 100% but I do warn you, if you take the 'P' by asking for favours, free advice or want to compromise my integrity, you've come to the wrong place!

Believe me, I have been there and struggled with my own health problems, depression, weight gain and lack of confidence, cardiovascular fitness, tone and body image in previous years, so I understand how hard things can get and how limited time can be to try and get the results you want. I also understand and recognise when clients make 'excuses' why they are not doing what I recommend so if you are going to work with me get used to hearing it straight and taking responsibility if you are not doing your bit to achieve your goals! I will be the first to motivate you but I will also be the first to tell you if I think you need to be a bit more honest with yourself too.

I used to work shifts including overnights even working up to 80 hours a week when doing overtime, but making a committment to good nutrition and exercise allowed me to keep racing ahead in life with full steam and now I'll never turn back! I still continue to work long hours and multi-task doing lots of different things but I MAKE the time to eat well and train hard. No matter how busy you are, you can be better, healthier and reach your goals and I will show you how. You've got to really want it and when you do, your life will be better FOREVER!
